- Physical Testing to ensure product design is fit for purpose against customer requirements, standards and regulations
- Draw up formal inspection, test and commissioning plans / matrices
- Independent testing and certification as required
- No product should be released without extensive testing and a signed test certificate
Ongoing change management process should initiate further testing as and when changes are made for examples to statutory requirements, design, materials, supplier etc.
